Essential Criteria for Volunteering with CLASS
What We Look for in Our Volunteers
CLASS Consulting Group seeks dedicated professionals who are:

Volunteer Eligibility Requirements
To be a CLASS volunteer, you must meet the following criteria:
🌎 Residency: Must be a resident of the Bay Area
🎓 Education: Must be a graduate or undergraduate in good standing
💼 Professional Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
✔ Ideally, a minimum of two years of experience in relevant practice areas
✔ If pursuing a professional degree or interested in learning a new field, CLASS provides mentorship and training
​ 😄 Personality & Work Ethic:
✔ Must have a sense of humor to thrive in a collaborative environment
✔ Should possess emotional maturity to work in non-hierarchical teams
✔ Must honor commitments and follow CLASS’s Code of Ethics
Time Commitment & Attendance
📅 Volunteers are required to:

Commit to a minimum of 12 months at the start of a project

Dedicate at least 5 hours per week to their role

Maintain 80% attendance in weekly team meetings
