Need Assessment

 

A needs assessment is a systematic approach to understand and determine the underlying needs, pain areas, and gaps between the current and desired state of an organization.

 

CLASS provides a Needs Assessment Workshop (NAW) at no costs to nonprofits who are interested in seeking solutions for the critical challenges of their organizations.

 

Once the application a nonprofit is approved by Board of Directors of CLASS, our NAW team will conduct a preliminary assessment of the nonprofit's current state (Mission,  Vision, Leadership, Human Resources, Strategic Plan, Financials, Marketing, and Information Technology). After this assessment, team facilitates discussion/s and brain storming session/s for better understandings of nonprofit's current/long-term goals.

As a result of workshop, CLASS will develop a customized proposal highlighting the critical challenges, priorities as well as road map.
